It Pays to Refer

Any existing client of Pixels (you’ve hired us for a wedding or portrait session of one type or another) who refers us to someone who then books us for a wedding, will receive their own FREE portrait session PLUS $250 in print credits from us.
Any existing client of Pixels who refers us to someone who then books us for a portrait session, will receive their own FREE portrait session that year PLUS $50 in print credits from us. For every additional referral they send us, they will receive yet another $50 print credit. The more you send others who book with us, the more rewards we’re happy to lavish on you.

An Ode to Setting
We photograph people mostly – family portraits, maternity and newborn, baby and children’s photography, big milestones and day in the life images, and of course some commercial photography. For us, the setting means showcasing the subject, but we are particularly blessed with gorgeous settings for our portrait sessions. I’m amazed when I look back through the years and see how many beautiful places we’ve dragged our clients – LOL. But seriously.

Peach Orchard Photo Season
March is here and that means that soon the orchards near us will be in full bloom from the middle of this month for a few weeks after. I will be watching the weather and scheduling photo shoots beginning today, so this is your Heads UP to be in touch.

Babies, growing families, maternity announcements and even marriage proposals, all of these have taken place in these lovely orchards. Frankly, it is a singular spot and heavenly when in bloom. I don’t think we’ve ever had a bad day there.

The Look of Love – Photos of Parents
While I’m in the “focus on love” mood that I’m in, I’m moving from couples to parents. These are some of my favorite types of photo shoots. I love taking newborn, 6 month and one year baby photos. What make these shoots even more special is knowing that I’m getting photos of parents that they would never get on their own. The looks on their faces as they really take in their child are just priceless.
Before they’ve said their first words, we parents are already projecting qualities and stories and hopes onto our kids. But in these moments, they are such pure potential.
As parents, we know, you guys. We know how quickly time passes and how children – especially babies – change daily. If you’re expecting a newborn or want to gather your family pod for a portrait session, Pixels would love to make that happen.
